According to relevant departments, in recent years, some unregistered entities have faked official organizations and formal organizations to organize “cottage” forum activities, or carried out fraudulent activities through forum activities to amass money, infringing on the legitimate interests of the people and disrupting market order; The forum activities held by social organizations and enterprises have chaos such as random naming of high-standard names, false publicity, illegal awards, and illegal fees; forum activities held by individual party and government agencies and public institutions have overlapping themes, vague content, lack of Effectiveness and other issues need to be rectified and standardized.

The “Notice” clarifies that this special clean-up and rectification work will follow the principles of comprehensive clean-up, serious rectification, hierarchical responsibility, and unified norms, adhere to problem-oriented, address both symptoms and root causes, thoroughly address the problem of excessive and excessive forum activities, and severely crack down on illegal activities in forum activities.
